Instructions for presenters

ORAL PRESENTATION

Presentation Format

• Presentation computers are Windows PCs with PowerPoint Office 2019 or newer
• Use standard fonts and animations
• Accepted formats: PPTX (preferred), PDF
• Format: 16:9 landscape
• Own laptops may not be used – all presentations must run on the provided system

Presentation duration

• In regular oral sessions the presentation duration is limited to 12 min
• In shorter oral session (first day at 15.30-16.30) the presentation duration is limited to 10 min

Pre-conference upload

• You can upload conference presentation into the conference abstract submission system.
• For login please go:  https://app.onlineexpo.com/events/health-and-climate/en/login
• For login please use e-mail used during abstract submission and ask new password by clicking “Forgot password?”
• In the system go “Submitted abstracts” and click on “Edit”.
• Now you can add your presentation under “File upload”. NB! Please click “Save changes” before you leave.

On-site upload

If you are unable to upload your presentation in advance, you may do so on-site into the laptop in the presentation room.

• Bring your file(s) on a USB stick
• Upload on-site at least 15 minutes before your session

POSTER

Printed posters

All abstracts accepted for poster presentation must be prepared as printed posters.

• The abstract title, author(s), and affiliation(s) must appear at the top of the poster.
• Format & Size: Portrait orientation, max A0 size (118.8 cm (height) x 84.1 cm (width))
• Recommended Resolution: 150-300 dpi (for optimal print quality)
• Fixing Material: Will be provided onsite at the poster boards
• Mounting and Removal Policy: Posters may be mounted in the morning of the first day and must be removed by the end of the conference.

Poster presentation

First day: during Poster discussion sessions (13:30-15:00) poster presenters have around one minute to present their main findings next to their poster.

Second day: Poster presenters are kindly requested to be present at their poster during the assigned Poster Viewing Session (15:00-16:00) to engage in discussions.

Please note that posters will be on display throughout the entire conference, but presenters are only required to be present during their assigned sessions.
